creACTive Yoga and Wellness Center, LLC provides yoga classes, yoga therapy, somatic and body-centered wellness experiences, sound and vibration sessions, Reiki and energy balancing sessions, workshops, retreats, private group wellness events, memberships, class passes, educational resources, and related services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, reschedule, cancel, or change any service, class, event, program, schedule, staff assignment, pricing, or offering at any time, subject to applicable law and any specific terms provided at the time of booking or purchase.

4. Wellness Services Disclaimer

Our services are intended to support wellness, relaxation, self-awareness, nervous system regulation, education, movement, mindfulness, and personal growth. Our services are not a substitute for medical care, mental health care, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, physical therapy, emergency services, or advice from a qualified healthcare provider.

Yoga therapy, yoga classes, sound and vibration sessions, Reiki, breathwork, meditation, workshops, retreats, and related services are supportive and educational in nature. They do not guarantee any specific physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, or medical outcome.

If you have a medical condition, injury, mental health concern, pregnancy, recent surgery, chronic pain, mobility limitation, seizure history, sound sensitivity, implanted medical device, or any concern about whether participation is appropriate for you, you should consult a qualified healthcare provider before participating. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 or seek immediate professional care.

5. Participation, Safety, and Assumption of Risk

Participation in yoga, movement, stretching, breathwork, meditation, sound and vibration experiences, Reiki, workshops, retreats, trapeze or aerial-supported activities, and related wellness services involves inherent risks. These risks may include physical discomfort, muscle soreness, dizziness, emotional responses, falls, injury, aggravation of existing conditions, or other unexpected outcomes.

You are responsible for listening to your body, honoring your limits, disclosing relevant limitations or concerns, and choosing whether to participate in or modify any practice. You may pause, opt out, or stop participating at any time.

For trapeze yoga or aerial-supported activities, you agree to follow all safety instructions, use equipment only as directed, wear appropriate clothing, avoid unsafe behaviors, and disclose any physical condition or concern that may affect safe participation. creACTive may decline or discontinue participation if we believe participation is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate for the offering.

By participating in our services, you accept the inherent risks associated with wellness, movement, and body-based practices to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Booking, Payment, Cancellation, and Rescheduling

When booking a class, session, membership, class pass, program, workshop, retreat, or private event, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to pay all fees associated with your booking or purchase.

Prices, payment terms, cancellation windows, refund policies, membership terms, expiration dates, and rescheduling options may vary by offering and may be stated on the booking page, checkout page, confirmation email, registration page, invoice, membership terms, or program materials. By completing a booking or purchase, you agree to the terms stated for that offering.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, fees are not guaranteed to be refundable, transferable, or extendable. creACTive may, in its discretion and subject to applicable law, offer account credits, rescheduling options, refunds, or other accommodations when appropriate.

We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify a class, session, workshop, retreat, program, or event due to weather, illness, low enrollment, safety concerns, facility issues, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Class Passes, Memberships, and Packages

Class passes, memberships, packages, subscriptions, and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms provided at the time of purchase. These terms may include expiration dates, usage limits, renewal dates, cancellation procedures, eligible services, excluded services, and non-transferability.

Unless otherwise stated, class passes and memberships apply only to regular classes and do not include private sessions, yoga therapy programs, workshops, retreats, private group wellness events, specialty events, or third-party offerings.

Memberships or subscriptions may renew automatically according to the billing terms disclosed at checkout. It is your responsibility to review and manage your membership or subscription according to the instructions provided.

8. Programs, Group Series, Sponsored Access, and Seed to Soul Foundation

Certain offerings, such as an 8-week yoga therapy group series or other multi-session programs, may require registration for the full series rather than a single drop-in session. Program terms, attendance expectations, payment options, and cancellation policies will be provided at the time of registration or in program materials.

Limited sponsored access to select programs may be available through Seed to Soul Foundation as funding allows. creACTive Yoga and Wellness Center, LLC and Seed to Soul Foundation are separate organizations. Applying for sponsored access does not guarantee approval or enrollment.

Donations intended to support charitable access should be made directly to Seed to Soul Foundation through its designated donation channels and are governed by Seed to Soul Foundation policies, terms, and applicable law. Fees paid to creACTive for services are not charitable donations unless specifically structured and documented through an appropriate charitable arrangement.

9. Private Group Events, Workshops, and Retreats

Private group wellness events, workshops, retreats, and custom experiences may require separate agreements, deposits, minimum attendance requirements, customized pricing, cancellation terms, travel or setup fees, facility terms, or additional participant forms. Any specific written agreement, invoice, proposal, booking page, or event terms will control for that offering.

Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward staff, facilitators, other participants, guests, and the facility. creACTive reserves the right to deny or revoke participation if conduct is disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with the safety and purpose of the offering.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, downloads, documents, class descriptions, program materials, design elements, and other materials, is the property of creACTive Yoga and Wellness Center, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11. SMS Terms and Conditions

By providing your mobile phone number through our Website and checking an SMS consent checkbox or otherwise expressly opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from creACTive Yoga and Wellness Center, LLC.
