Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: July 2, 2026

Thank you for honoring the time, space, preparation, and limited availability of classes and sessions at creACTive Yoga & Wellness Center, LLC.

Our cancellation policy is designed to support fairness for clients, students on waitlists, instructors, and the sustainability of the studio. We understand that life happens, and we do our best to approach each situation with compassion. At the same time, advance notice helps us open spaces for others and protect the time reserved for your care.

Regular Classes

This policy applies to regular scheduled classes, including:

Yoga Flow

Yin Yoga

Trapeze Yoga

Group Sound Bath & Vibration Relaxation

Cancellation Window

Please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before class.

When you cancel at least 12 hours before class, your class credit may be returned to your account or made available for future use, depending on how you booked.

Late Cancellations

A cancellation made less than 12 hours before class is considered a late cancellation.

For drop-ins and class pass holders, a late cancellation may result in the class being counted as used.

For unlimited members, late cancellations may result in a late-cancel fee or temporary limits on advance booking privileges if repeated late cancellations occur.

No-Shows

If you reserve a spot and do not attend without canceling, it is considered a no-show.

For drop-ins and class pass holders, the class will be counted as used.

For unlimited members, no-shows may result in a no-show fee or limits on advance booking privileges if repeated no-shows occur.

Because some classes have limited space or equipment, especially Trapeze Yoga, this policy helps protect access for others who may be waiting for a spot.

Class Passes and Memberships

Drop-In Classes

Drop-in class purchases are for one regular class and are not refundable after the class has occurred or after a late cancellation/no-show.

5-Class Pass

The 5-Class Pass is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Unused classes are not refundable after expiration.

10-Class Pass

The 10-Class Pass is valid for 120 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Unused classes are not refundable after expiration.

Unlimited Monthly Membership

Unlimited Monthly Memberships are billed monthly.

Memberships may be canceled before the next billing date. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.

Unlimited memberships apply to regular scheduled classes unless otherwise stated. Workshops, retreats, private sessions, yoga therapy programs, private group events, and special events are not included unless specifically noted.

Private Sessions

This policy applies to private appointments, including:

Individual Yoga Therapy

Couples Yoga Therapy

Family Yoga Therapy

Reiki & Energy Balancing

Half-Hour Harmony

Private Sound & Vibration Sessions

Cancellation Window

Please cancel or reschedule private sessions at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Private sessions canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment may be charged up to the full session fee.

No-shows may be charged the full session fee.

This policy honors the time reserved specifically for you and the preparation required for private therapeutic and wellness sessions.

Workshops, Retreats, and Special Events

Workshops, retreats, and special events may have their own cancellation and refund terms listed at the time of registration.

Unless otherwise stated:

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event may be eligible for a refund or credit, minus any payment processing fees.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are not guaranteed a refund.

Missed events are not refundable.

You may request to transfer your registration to another person when appropriate and approved in advance.

8-Week Yoga Therapy Group Series

The 8-Week Yoga Therapy Group Series is a full program registration, not a drop-in class.

Because space is limited and the group process builds over time:

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the series begins may be eligible for a refund or credit, minus any payment processing fees.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the series begins are not guaranteed a refund.

No refunds are provided after the series begins.

Missed sessions are not refunded, transferred, or credited.

Sponsored seats through Seed to Soul Foundation are limited and may be reassigned if a participant cannot attend the series.

Private Group Wellness Events

Private group wellness events are custom experiences reserved for a specific date, time, and group.

A deposit may be required to reserve the date.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Deposits are non-refundable.

A private event may be rescheduled one time when sufficient notice is provided and scheduling allows.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may be charged up to the full event fee.

Final payment may be due before or on the date of the event.

Illness, Emergency, and Weather

We understand that illness, emergencies, and unexpected situations happen.

creACTive Yoga & Wellness Center, LLC reserves the right to make compassionate exceptions, offer credits, or allow rescheduling at its discretion.

In the event of severe weather, instructor illness, emergency, or other studio-related cancellation, participants will be notified as soon as possible and may receive a credit, reschedule option, or refund when appropriate.

Refunds and Processing Fees

Refunds, when approved, may be returned to the original payment method.

Payment processing fees may be non-refundable.

Refund timing may vary depending on the payment processor or financial institution.

Respect for the Studio Community

When you reserve a class or session, that space is held for you. Timely cancellations allow another person to attend and help keep classes and services sustainable.

Thank you for respecting the time, care, and preparation that go into each offering.
