This deeply relaxing experience bathes you in the healing tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other vibrational instruments that gently soothe the nervous system and realign your energy. As sound and vibration move through your body, stress and tension dissolve, leaving space for peace, clarity, and balance. All you need to do is lie back, breathe, and receive. A perfect way to reset your body, mind, and spirit for the week ahead.

Yoga (Trapeze – All Levels)
Trapeze Journey
This all-levels class is a grounded and supportive way to explore Trapeze Yoga—no swinging or circus tricks here! Using the yoga trapeze as a prop, we build strength, improve flexibility, and create stability in a gentle, accessible way. You’ll be guided step-by-step through movements designed for your body, whether you’re brand new or more experienced. Expect a mix of stretching, strengthening, and deep relaxation—all with a light-hearted, come-as-you-are vibe. Come hang with us and discover just how good it can feel to move in new ways!

Yoga (Yin – All Levels)
